Full Processing:

You can ship your garments directly to our facility, or we can arrange a collection from your warehouse using our dedicated fleet of vans. Every shipment undergoes a full 100% quality control check to ensure all items meet your required tolerance levels. Once approved, we prepare your garments for dispatch—either neatly flat-packed for efficient storage or placed on hangers—ready to be returned to your warehouse or delivered straight to your stores​

Quality Control:

With over 30 years of industry expertise, we specialise in quality control, repair, cleaning, and steaming of returned garments. Our meticulous process ensures every piece is restored to impeccable condition, ready for resale and maintaining your brand’s high standards.

Press and Steaming:

Using our newly upgraded steaming cabinets, we can professionally steam your garments, with hand-pressing available for tougher pieces that need extra care. Once finished, we bag each item so it’s ready for storage at your warehouse or prepared for direct delivery to your stores. If your stock has developed glazing issues due to transit or prolonged storage, we can resolve those too, restoring your garments to a retail-ready condition.

Label Change:​

We offer comprehensive post-purchase garment relabelling services — removing original tags and expertly applying your brand’s labels for a clean, seamless finish. Once relabelled, we can press, steam, and pack each garment according to your preference, whether flat-packed or hung, ensuring everything arrives retail-ready

Repairs:

As we were one of the UK's leading manufacturers we have a significant upper hand compared to our competitors, we can repair garments that otherwise may be thrown away, we also are able to make adjustments to styles if you do not wish to return it to your supplier.

By us doing all of this in house it removes the need for your garments to swap hands multiple times which in turn reduces your cost and makes the process more efficient.

Storage:

We have over 25,000 Sq-ft of storage available for you, should you prefer to bulk order stock we can securely hold this ready for you either ship elsewhere or to be processed on site when required.
