We specialise in returns management and full processing for fashion and apparel brands. Our services help streamline reverse logistics, reduce operational costs, and improve the "returns" experience for customers. From handling returns to full processing from Flatpack to hanging or Vice Versa, we take the hassle out of the return and imports process so brands can focus on growth. SERVICES
How we can help you:
Full Processing:
Once your stock is made, either in the UK or abroad, it can be shipped directly to us or we can organise collection from your warehouse. Then the rest is with us - we will QC check each shipment to make sure the quality of the garments is within your tolerance threshold. We will then prep the garments ready to be flat packed for easy storage or placed on hangers to be shipped to you or direct to your stores.
Quality Control:
With over 30 years of industry expertise, we specialize in quality control, repair, cleaning, and steaming of returned garments. Our meticulous process ensures every piece is restored to impeccable condition, ready for resale and maintaining your brand’s highest standards.
Press and Steaming:
Using our recently updated steaming cabinets we are able to steam your garments (we also hand press those extra tough clothes) then bag them ready to be stored at your warehouse or have them delivered to you ready to be sold. We can remove any glazing issues if the stock has been damaged in transit or stored too long as well.
Label Change:
We provide post-purchase garment relabelling services — removing original tags and professionally applying your brand's label for a seamless finish. Upon Completion we can then Press, steam and pack the garment to your preferred choice of Flat pack or Hanging.
Repairs:
As we were one of the leading manufacturers we have a significant upper hand compared to our competitors, we can repair garments that otherwise may be thrown away, we also are able to make adjustments to styles if you do not wish to return it to your supplier (Minimum Quantity required)
By us doing all of this in house it removes the need for your garments to swap hands multiple times which in turn reduces your cost and makes the process more efficient.
Storage:
We have over 25,000 Sq-ft of storage available for you, should you prefer to bulk order stock we can securely hold this ready for you either ship elsewhere or to be processed on site when required.
